Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 October 2026

These terms govern your use of apisapp ("we", "us", the "Service"): the website at api-supp.com, the portal at app.api-supp.com and the WhatsApp messaging API they provide. The Service is operated by Elazar Shoshtari, Licensed Dealer No. 204006803, Israel. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The Service

The Service lets you link a WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business number by scanning a QR code, and then send and receive messages, media and polls over an HTTP API, with incoming events delivered to your webhook. The Service is provided electronically; nothing is shipped. A number is ready to use once you add it with an activation code and scan its QR code.

apisapp is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp may change its apps or restrict a number at any time, and we cannot guarantee that a number stays linked.

Your account

  • You must give accurate details and keep your password and API tokens secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account and tokens.
  • The Service is meant for businesses and professionals. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to open an account.
  • Tell us at once at support@api-supp.com if you think your account or a token was misused. You can replace a token at any time in the portal.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • send spam, bulk messages to people who did not agree to hear from you, or messages that break WhatsApp's terms and policies;
  • send unlawful, fraudulent, harassing or infringing content;
  • try to reach another customer's numbers or data, or disrupt or overload the Service.

You are responsible for the messages you send and for having your recipients' consent where the law requires it. We may suspend a number or an account that breaks these rules.

WhatsApp risk — use at your own risk

WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business are operated by Meta, not by us, and connecting to them through an API or any automated tool may be against WhatsApp's own terms. WhatsApp may, at any time and without notice, rate-limit, restrict, temporarily block, or permanently ban any number or account — for example for bulk or unsolicited messaging, spam, recipient reports, or simply for automated use — and this can happen even when you use the Service carefully and within these terms.

You use the Service entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for how you use it and for complying with WhatsApp's terms and all applicable laws. We do not control WhatsApp, we cannot prevent a block or ban, and we cannot recover or restore a number that WhatsApp has restricted, blocked or banned.

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage — including a blocked or banned number, lost or undelivered messages, downtime, or lost business — that results from WhatsApp restricting, blocking or banning your number or account. A number blocked or banned by WhatsApp is not, by itself, a reason for a refund beyond the cancellation right set out below, because the cause is outside our control.

Prices and payment

  • The price is $7.50 per WhatsApp number / month, unless a quote from our sales team says otherwise. Israeli VAT is added where the law requires it.
  • Subscriptions are charged in advance for each billing period, monthly unless your quote says otherwise, and renew automatically until you cancel.
  • Payments are made by credit or debit card through a licensed payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.
  • We will tell you about a price change at least 30 days before it applies to you. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it takes effect.

Cancellation and refunds

  • You can cancel at any time by writing to support@api-supp.com from the email address on your account. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
  • If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the payment or ILS 100 (or its US-dollar equivalent on that day), whichever is lower, as allowed by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
  • Apart from that, payments for a billing period that has already started are not refunded, except where the law requires a refund or where we could not provide the Service during that period for reasons under our control.
  • Approved refunds are made to the card used for the payment within 14 days of the cancellation request.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve the Service, and we will tell you in advance about changes that take away features you pay for.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, or for actions taken by WhatsApp or Meta, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim arose.

Ending the account

You can stop using the Service and delete your numbers at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms or that has not paid. When an account is closed, we handle its data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and tell you about significant changes before they apply.
