GET/v1/contacts

A contact is a WhatsApp address-book entry: one row per person, with their phone form (pn) and LID form (jid) side by side when both are known. Groups are not contacts.

name: the name saved in the phone's address book
notify: the name the person set on their own profile
verified_name: a verified business name

One contact

GET https://api.api-supp.com/v1/contacts/:contact accepts a LID JID, a phone JID or bare phone digits. 404 if unknown.

`GET /v1/lid/resolve?phone=…` or `?lid=…`	Translates between phone digits and a LID. `lid` takes only the id part, without `@lid`. `400` without either, `404` if unknown
